OREANDA-NEWS Honda is considering the possibility of returning Accord and Civic sedans to Russia, which were previously withdrawn from the Russian market: "Once the situation on the market becomes well-established, the Accord and Civic models can be returned to the market," - Honda Motor Rus informed the agency "AUTOSTAT".

Recall, sedans Honda Accord and Civic left the Russian market due to the fact that the company decided to concentrate on the SUV segment in Russia. Currently Honda offers crossovers CR-V and Pilot in Russia. Meanwhile, there are no concrete plans to bring new models to the Russian market yet. Earlier, Honda introduced the fifth generation of the CR-V crossover for the Russian market. The novelty will be offered in four trim levels: Elegance, Lifestyle, Executive and Prestige. The price of a car in the performance Lifestyle with a 2.4-liter engine will be 2 million 109 thousand 900 rubles. The date of the start of sales and the Russian prices for the model with a 2.0-liter engine will be announced later. As it was noted, the Russian market is the first in the European continent, where the presentation was held and the sales of the model will be started.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", for the five months of 2017, Russian dealers of Honda sold 448 cars - less by 24% than in the same period of the last year.
