Glassdoor names Delta a ‘Best Place to Interview in 2017’

OREANDA-NEWS. Delta has been named one of 100 honorees among Glassdoor’s annual Candidate’s Choice Awards for «Best Places to Interview in 2017.»
Delta ranked No. 22 in the category, based on an overall interview experience rating.
«This honor highlights the great work of our hiring managers, talent acquisition team and Delta employees,» said Glen Johnson, Director – Talent Acquisition. «Day in, day out, these individuals strive to ensure that our interview candidates receive the same exceptional treatment as our customers.»
Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest online job platforms, used anonymous job candidate feedback shared on its website between July 2, 2016 and July 1, 2017, to determine this year’s Best Places to Interview. Participants in the review were asked to rate several factors tied to Delta (and additional companies) interview processes, including interview difficulty, duration and overall experience. Using its proprietary algorithm, Glassdoor evaluated the information and used it to determine the highest rated companies in both the U.S. and UK.
