OREANDA-NEWS. Revenues from sales of silver grew 18% from $136,5 million in 2005 to $161,1 million in 2006.

According to the investor relations department of JSC “Polymetal”, the 8,5% decline in production was outweighed by average realized price of $9,3 per ounce that was 29,2% higher than the average realized price of $7,2 in 2005.

Production dropped at Dukat, Lunnoye, and Khakanja due to lower silver grades according to the life-of-mine plan.
