OREANDA-NEWS. IES-ESE Subsidiary OJSC Sibelektrosetstroy (SESS) implements a range of construction-assembly works to build the Urmanskaya substation (35/6kV) and 35 kV transmission line within 110 kV Urmanskaya Substation - Ostanskinskaya Substation line in order to organize external power supply to Urmansko-Archinskiy Group of fields in the Parabelskiy District in the Tomsk Region. LLC Sibneft-Vostok is in charge of the development and exploitation of the field.

Main works implemented within the project include pitching of more then 200 piles with the length of 10 meters and approximately 1500 piles with the length of 12 meters for footing bases, erection of metal grillages, assembly and erection of 125 footings; installation of 208 km of АС 120/19 wire, 34,7 km of C 70 protective earth wire at the transmission line with the length of 33,62 km and ground of footings of the transmission line weighting 12000 kg.

According to SESS director general Vyacheslav Zorin the implementation of works is aggravated by difficult weather conditions, as the area is forested and waterlogged and dominant ground coats within the transmission line path are shale, loam, sand loam and peat. Moreover, abnormally warm winter in the Tomsk Region blocked the construction of a winter road at the field that significantly complicated the construction of power facilities. However, the works are implemented according to a scheduler. The project scheduled for six months with the cost of 150 million roubles is planned to be competed by the end of this year.
