The order says that the Kamchatka territory, Belgorod and Sakhalin regions topped the rating of the subjects of Russia on economic growth. They were allocated grants of 930 million rubles, 990 million rubles, 882 million rubles, respectively.

Among the Ural regions, only the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region will receive a reward of 767 million rubles for the indicators of economic capacity-building at the end of 2017.
