OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank announces the launch of a cloud-based service called My Trade (Moya Torgovlya) for small companies, online stores, and small manufacturers. The service helps them bring their operations, including online trade, into line with the requirements of Russia’s new 54-FZ Federal Law.

The service brings together sales, procurement, warehousing, finances and CRM in a single system. Shop owners can view product inventory at all retail points and identify the locations that require restocking. In addition they can remotely monitor the activities of sales personnel (opening/closing of shifts, sales, discounts provided, documents created using the service). Within a few days there is already enough data to assess the effectiveness of the business. The My Trade mobile applications for iOS and Android let owners stay in touch with their businesses, wherever and whenever necessary.

“We are actively developing a line of cloud-based nonbanking services for Sberbank clients. They make it a lot easier for entrepreneurs to do business in a diverse number of fields. Currently we offer 19 of these solutions, from cloud-based accounting to managing trade,” commented Sergey Parshikov, Project Leader of the Digital Corporate Bank Division.

My Trade can be used by all entrepreneurs. The site is free for the first three months. After creating an account, you are required to take a 15-minute interactive tutorial. Then you can get down to business by uploading catalogues of goods and suppliers and logging sales. If you have an online store it is possible to integrate the service with any popular CMS, which takes a maximum of 30 minutes. The service is also integrated with Sberbank’s related products: the Evotor online cash desk and the Site for Business service. They help entrepreneurs to significantly reduce costs, perform automated bookkeeping, and analyse and systemise work processes.

The service is operated by MoiSklad, a developer of cloud-based solutions for trade.
