OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank announces that it will hold a Supervisory Board meeting on April 20, 2017 at its Head Office.

The Supervisory Board will look at the following issues related to preparing the Annual General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders (AGM) scheduled for May 26, 2017:

  • Preliminary approval of annual (financial) accounting for 2016
  • Approval of the report on non-arm’s length transactions completed in 2016
  • Distribution of profit and recommendations on the size of dividends paid for 2016
  • The date when the receivers of dividends will be determined
  • Appointment of an audit firm
  • Approval of the format and text of the bulletin for voting at Sberbank’s AGM that will review 2016
  • Determining the list of information (materials) to be provided to individuals who have the right to participate in Sberbank’s AGM and text of the bulletin for voting at the AGM that will review 2016
  • A non-arm’s length transaction

The agenda also includes a number of other issues: fulfilment of the Cybersecurity 2018 programme, updating the Risk and Capital Management Strategy of Sberbank Group (including Sberbank and Sberbank Group’s risk appetite), the status of the Bank’s agile transformation, and analysis of the structure of Sberbank’s investor base.
