OREANDA-NEWS. Voltabox AG (ISIN: DE000A2E4LE9) was listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today. A total of around 22 million shares were admitted to trading. The initial listing price was €30.00.

The issue's lead managers and designated sponsors for Xetra trading were Bankhaus Lampe and Hauck & Aufhäuser. ICF Bank served as specialist on Börse Frankfurt.

DirectPlace also provided its support in the share subscription. Shares totalling €15.5 million were subscribed via this new subscription function offered by Deutsche Börse.

According to company information, Voltabox AG is a system provider for e-mobility in industrial applications. Its core business consists of manufacturing safe, high-quality advanced lithium-ion battery systems in modular and serial production. The systems are used in buses for public transport, forklifts, automated guided vehicles and mining vehicles.
