OREANDA-NEWS. May 19, 2016. InfraREIT, Inc. (NYSE: HIFR) (InfraREIT or the Company) today announced the results of the Company's first Annual Meeting of Stockholders held this morning at 11:00 a.m. central time at the Fairmont Hotel, 1717 North Akard Street, Dallas, Texas.

At the meeting, stockholders approved the election of three Class I directors to serve for a three-year term and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.  The directors are

David A. Campbell, President and Chief Executive Officer of InfraREIT; Storrow M. Gordon, former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Electronic Data Systems (EDS); and

Trudy A. Harper, former President of Tenaska Power Services Co.

The stockholders also approved the ratification of the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016.
