Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia Says Funds in Bank Account Were Darnished
OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:
"Medeu District Court of Almaty in the civil case considered issued a decision dated May 11, 2016 for an interim measure as the garnishment of funds in a bank account with SB Sberbank in the amount of EUR72,275 and KZT120,843.
The basis for the garnishment was a lawsuit filed by the plaintiff to the court.
The amount to be garnished comprises 0.018% of the total assets of SB Sberbank as of the garnishment date".
