NRA’s Credit Rating on AK BARS Stroy Withdrawn
OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on AK BARS Stroy LLC due to expiry of the contract. In compliance with Clause 5 of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 222-FZ ‘On the Activities of Credit Rating Agencies in the Russian Federation’, the withdrawn rating has not been affirmed, as NRA has not, over the past 90 days, been provided sufficient information, needed to apply its methodology and adequately appraise of all events and facts that may have influenced the company’s credit risk. NRA’s first-time ‘A’ credit rating on AK BARS Stroy was assigned on June 30, 2014, and later withdrawn. The latest rating action on the company (the ‘A’ credit rating re-assignment with a stable outlook) dates Sep. 8, 2015.
