OREANDA-NEWS. At this week’s home-opener of the 2016-17 Buffalo Bills season, M&T Bank will kick-off a new initiative to honor local not-for-profit organizations that provide outstanding service to the Western New York community.

M&T is donating tickets in ‘The Comfort Zone,’ a newly designated private section within the M&T Club, to eight local not-for-profit organizations, so clients and / or volunteers can experience an exciting and exclusive game-day experience. The Comfort Zone features a private club entrance, comfortable lounge seating and complimentary food and beverages.

"As one of Western New York’s leading corporate citizens, we’re proud of our long relationship with the Buffalo Bills, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to share these once-in-a-lifetime experiences with some very deserving Bills fans," said Betsey Locke, M&T Bank Group Vice President and Manager of Advertising and Promotions.

Among the organizations set to receive tickets to The Comfort Zone by M&T Bank are:

  • Youth Mentoring Services of Niagara County, Inc.
  • Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY (The Matt Urban Center)
  • Roswell Park Cancer Institute
  • Buffalo Promise Neighborhood
  • Veterans Treatment Court
  • WEDI Buffalo (Westminster Economic Development Initiative)
  • Evergreen Health Services
  • News’ Neediest Fund
"This year, on the field and throughout the community, you’ll see the phrase ‘Bills Run Deep.’ The same can be said for M&T Bank—its roots in Western New York and its commitment to helping the community succeed run deep," said Russ Brandon, Bills Managing Partner and President. "We’re proud to team up with M&T Bank because, like our organization, they care deeply about our community. The Comfort Zone by M&T Bank is a great example of how they’re providing new opportunities to families in Western New York.

M&T Bank is the official bank of the Buffalo Bills. The partnership includes naming rights to the M&T Club and the M&T Family Zone at New Era Field and exclusive rights to offer specially designed Bills checks and debit cards.
