OREANDA-NEWS.  Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new two-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAED7, due on October 12, 2018. The issue will be priced on Thursday, September 15, 2016, and will settle on Friday, September 16, 2016, at benchmark size.

The new two-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and TD Securities.
