Chimpharm Receives Loan
OREANDA-NEWS. Chimpharm (Shymkent), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of receiving a loan in the amount of 25 or more percent of the equity:
"1) date of the decision taken by the joint-stock company's body to apply for a loan: December 23, 2015;
2) date of the loan agreement: September 14, 2016;
3) the total loan amount according to the agreement: KZT2,475,532,000;
4) loan receipt date: September 14, 2016;
5) loan to equity ratio as at the loan application date: 32.6%."
