OREANDA-NEWS. For public joint-stock companies (PJSCs), the Bank of Russia has developed model corporate documents governing a company’s board of directors and its committees’ operations.

It is recommended that companies use these as basis to develop their corporate regulations for the proceedings of the board and its committees including audit, nomination and compensation committees.

Developed in accordance with the principles and recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, these documents are meant to help public joint-stock companies roll out best corporate governance practices.

The Bank of Russia approved the Corporate Governance Code in spring 2014 as a document to be adopted by joint-stock companies as an option.
