InterDigital, Inc.: Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per share
OREANDA-NEWS. InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC), a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per share ($1.20 per share on an annual basis).

Douglas Hutcheson, Chairman of InterDigital. “The increased dividend is part of our balanced approach to capital allocation that returns value to shareholders while continuing to maintain our ongoing investment in developing technologies.”
The increase in the regular quarterly dividend will take effect beginning with the dividend to be paid in fourth quarter 2016. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 per share on its common stock, payable on October 26, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2016.
