OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating to 'A+' from 'A' on the Pleasant View Water & Sanitation District, Colo.'s enterprise revenue bonds. The outlook is stable.

"The rating reflects our view of the combination of a very strong enterprise risk profile and a very strong financial risk profile," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst John Schulz.

The district provides water service to 1,300 customers and wastewater service to 1,480 customers. In 1986, it transferred its water system to the Consolidated Mutual Water Co. under a long-term water service agreement. The agreement requires Consolidated Mutual to operate and maintain the system and provide water to the district's customers. The district covers 2.5 square miles of unincorporated Jefferson County, south of Golden. It is about 12 miles from downtown Denver.
