OREANDA-NEWS. Russia’s BoP data suggest a $9.4 bln outflow of private capital in 3Q07, which does not deeply affect the overall picture, with a $66.2 bln inflow in 1H07, Alfa Bank informs. In 3Q07, banks continued to be net capital importers, delivering a $0.7 bln inflow, while the $10.1 bln outflow was due to the corporate sector. In the view of Alfa Bank experts, this suggests that on a net basis, in 3Q07 banks did not experience a significant re-pricing of their risks by creditors.
