OREANDA-NEWSGazprom’s board of directors has agreed to place bonds totaling € 6 billion in 2020, the company said on its corporate disclosure website.

In order to attract financing in 2020, the holding’s board of directors decided to "approve PJSC Gazprom in 2020 for Eurobonds for a total amount not exceeding € 6 billion, or its equivalent in another currency with a maturity of each loan of at least three years", the company said.

The Board of Directors also approved the structuring of transactions in the form of one or more loans received from a special purpose company and financed by the company issuing participation bonds and placing them among international investors, as well as the receipt of a listing of Eurobonds under the medium-term bonds program, in Irish (Euronext Dublin ) or the Swiss Stock Exchanges or other stock exchange.

According to Gazprom’s investment program for 2020, the total investment development will amount to 1 trillion 104.724 billion rubles. Financial borrowing (not including intra-group borrowing) in 2020 is planned in the amount of 557.769 billion rubles, which is 40% higher than in 2019.
