OREANDA-NEWS Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration (CAA) of the Kherson region, said that Kyiv intends to disconnect the region from the banking system. It is reported by TASS.

According to him, the shutdown of the Ukrainian banking system will not happen at the request of the Russian side or the CAA of Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

“The point is that the Ukrainian side is trying to harm the liberated territories. The Ukrainian authorities don’t give a damn about how people will live,” Stremousov said.

He added that in the coming weeks, work will be carried out in the Kherson region to switch to Russian communications, after which the work of Russian banks will be organized.

Earlier it was reported that the authorities of the Kherson region refused to consider Volodymyr Zelensky as the President of Ukraine. Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, said that Vladimir Zelensky cannot be considered the president of Ukraine, since in fact he is "a resident of his Western masters," RIA Novosti reports.

“The Ukrainian people have become hostages of representatives of the Nazi elite of Ukraine, which, through its Gestapo organs - the SBU - keeps the population in fear. Zelensky is not able to express his position as the President of Ukraine,” Stremousov stressed.

According to the deputy head, Zelensky became a hostage of certain events, he and the entire Kyiv authorities are financed from abroad, the West puts populist statements into their mouths, as a result of which “an analogue of the Third Reich has been recreated in Ukraine.” Stremousov said that Zelensky became "a continuation of Poroshenko, only in the worst form."
