OREANDA-NEWS. Qiwi ADRs on Tuesday, March 30, on the Moscow Stock Exchange rose by 7.8%, to 11 dollars apiece and reached the levels of 2.5 weeks ago after the company announced it's planned dividends. It's trading volume exceeded 8.4 million dollars.

Qiwi said, that it plans to pay at least 50% of it's adjusted net profit in dividends for 2021, and the amount of quarterly payments may fluctuate. The company did not name the amount of the final dividend for 2020, but promised to distribute at least 50% of the adjusted net profit for the year.

Qiwi also provided forecasts for 2021. The Group expects a 15-25% drop in net revenue compared to 2020, a 15-30% decrease in adjusted net profit, and a 15-25% decrease in net revenue for the payment services segment.

Qiwi's total net revenue in 2020 under IFRS increased by 12% to 342 million dollars. Net revenue in the payment services segment for the year increased by 8% to 297 million dollars. Qiwi increased it's adjusted net profit by 54% in 2020. Net profit in the payment services segment for the year increased by 4% to 165 million dollars.
