OREANDA-NEWSThe decline in the value of Rosneft’s shares has led the company to drop out of the top three most expensive in Russia, according to the Moscow Exchange. According to the data at 12:00 Moscow time, the price of one share of Rosneft amounted to 297.05 rubles, which is 5.41% lower than the closing level of previous trading, and the company's market capitalization dropped to 3.12 trillion rubles.

As a result, LUKOIL took the third place in the list of the most expensive companies in Russia: its capitalization at that time amounted to 3.225 trillion rubles, while the cost of shares also decreased (by 5.78%). Sberbank remains the leader in capitalization among Russian companies: its total value (including preferred shares) exceeds 4.1 trillion rubles. In second place is Gazprom, 3.929 trillion rubles. Shares of both companies also fell by 6.7 and 3.3%, respectively.

On March 10, Rosneft pushed Norilsk Nickel from third to fourth place in terms of capitalization, but then it again entered the top three. Now the capitalization of Norilsk Nickel, whose share price fell by 6.7%, is about 2.99 trillion rubles.
