OREANDA-NEWSSberbank has signed legally binding documents on the redemption of Gazprombank's share (35%) and 1% of the shares owned by Rostec Corporation, in the co-owner of Mail.ru Group. This is stated in the message of the holding.

MF Technologies owns 58.8% of the votes in the Mail.ru Group. The ITF is a joint venture of MegaFon (a 45% stake in the joint venture through a subsidiary of Lefbord Investments Limited), Gazprombank (35%), Rostec State Corporation (11%) and the USM Group (9%). In July, Sberbank and Mail.ru Group announced plans to create a joint venture based on Delivery Club and CityMobil. Participation in the newly created company will be distributed among partners in equal shares. The total investment in the joint venture will amount to 64 billion rubles.

Mail.ru Group's shareholders include the South African media holding Naspers (28% of the registered capital), Alibaba (10%), the Chinese telecommunications company Tencent (7%) and MF Technologies (5%). The share of free float Mail.ru Group is 50%.
