OREANDA-NEWS. The most reliable banks in Russia are Sberbank, VTB and Alfa-Bank. The top three also include Tinkoff Bank and Gazprombank, sharing the third place. This follows from a survey of the financial supermarket Banki.ru and the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.

64 percent of respondents chose SberBank, VTB - 43 percent, third place was shared by Tinkoff Bank, Alfa-Bank and Gazprombank (19 percent each).

Rosselkhozbank considers every tenth participant in the study to be reliable (10 percent), 8 percent chose Post Bank, 7 percent - Raiffeisenbank, 4 percent each - Bank Otkrytie and Sovcombank. Promsvyazbank and Rosbank are trusted by 3 percent of Russians, banks "St. Petersburg" and "Uralsib" - by 2 percent. The rating also includes Moscow Credit Bank, UniCredit Bank, Citibank, SMP Bank, Moscow Industrial Bank, RNKB, Bank Rossiya, Bank DOM.RF, Ak Bars and Russian Standard with a score of 1 percent.

Compared to the same rating last year, confidence in Tinkoff Bank has significantly increased (by 5 percentage points), which raised its position in the rating and allowed it to enter the TOP-3 of the most reliable banks for the first time (according to Russians).

The respondents with income over 80 thousand rubles more often than others consider VTB, Gazprombank, Raiffeisenbank, Rosbank and Uralsib to be reliable. Those earning less than 30 thousand rubles choose Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank, Post Bank and Sovcombank.

The survey involved 3,000 representatives of the economically active population from all districts of the country. The survey participants were asked to choose the three most reliable banks out of 30 with the largest amount of capital.
