The Media Learned about a Donation of Cristiano Ronaldo to Portuguese Hospitals
OREANDA-NEWS. Daily Mail reports that Cristiano Ronaldo, a Portuguese striker of the football club Juventus (Turin, Italy), and his agent Jorge Mendes donated more than 1 million euros to three hospitals in Lisbon and Porto, where people infected with from coronavirus are treated.
The publication notes that, as a gratitude, a new intensive care unit in one of the medical institutions of Porto will be named in honor of Ronaldo and Mendes.
Ronaldo is currently quarantined in Portugal. He went home after COVID-19 was found on his teammate Daniele Rugani. Later, two more Juventus players: Blaise Matuidi and Paulo Dybala, were infected.
