"According to a research of ARYS Research Independent Research and Consulting Company the general customer satisfaction with service quality in Sberbank constitutes 4,69 of the maximum 5 points. In comparison with the same period of last year this indicator increased by 0,6 points.

Besides, the Net Promoter Score to Sberbank improved by 5% in comparison with 2015 and amounted to 62%. The NPS is measured by the leading international research agencies and proved itself as a reliable indicator of business success. The companies with NPS of more than 50% are leaders of own market, have a high customer loyalty and guarantee high growth rates.

The analysis was carried out across the Republic and covered 16 cities".
