OREANDA-NEWS. The platform “Russia, the Country of Opportunities” and Russian political coalition ONF (All-Russia People’s Front) are going to launch an updated internship project for talented students. This would allow young specialist to find appropriate work at certain enterprises and to get necessary research material for their term papers and graduate works.

Autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) "Russia, the Country of Opportunities" and ONF (All-Russia People’s Front) announced the launch of an updated project on career guidance of students "ProfTraining 2.0" (“Profstazhirovka 2.0”). This was reported on Monday, March 25, by the press-cutting service of ANO. Initial version of the project was created by ONF in March 2017.

"ProfTraining 2.0" is aimed at improving the quality of training of young professionals for future work. Within the limits of the project, a special section will be created on the platform "Russia, the Country of Opportunities", where any Russian company will be able to place a list of current problems and cases for student work," the report says.

Also, the project participants will have access to the restricted section of the platform ANO "Russia, the Country of Opportunities" which contains educational materials. "In the updated format, the project will provide an opportunity to not only select and undergo training at Russian enterprises, but also to find research material for term papers and graduate works," the press-cutting service reported.

According to the ANO, the largest companies in the field of engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, IT, transport and air transportation, as well as banks and insurance companies have already announced their accession to the project.

"Our task is to introduce talented students to representatives of Russian companies and help them write term papers and graduate works on demand from the employer, as well as solve real production problems. This will help young people to become relevant in the labor market in the future," the press-cutting service cites the words of Ilya Syomin, the Project Manager.

"By combining students, an educational organization and a future employer on one platform, the project will become a social elevator for young people. It will help thousands of talented students self-actualize," concluded Alexey Komissarov, CEO of ANO "Russia, the Country of Opportunities", Co-Chairman of the Central staff of the ONF, Vice-Rector of RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).
