OREANDA-NEWS. The sociological group Rating summed up the preliminary results of the exit poll conducted at all-Ukrainian vote initiated by President Volodymyr Zelensky. The poll took place on October 25, the day of voting in local elections.

The Ukrainians were asked to answer five questions. According to the results, the idea of ​​reducing the number of deputies of the national parliament from 450 to 300 received the greatest support, 95 % of participants voted for it. For life imprisonment for corruption crimes 81 % of respondents spoke out. The right of Ukraine to use the guarantees defined by the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances was supported by 78 % of citizens. 70 % voted for the legalization of using cannabis for medical purposes to reduce pain in seriously ill patients. Just 45 % of Ukrainians supported the creation of a free economic zone in Donbass.
