FSB Detained Teenagers Preparing an Attack on a School in Saratov
OREANDA-NEWS. Two Russians born in 2005 intended to carry out an armed attack on a school in the city of Saratov, now they are detained. This was reported by the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB). Teenagers were arrested at the bomb shelter, where they kept a sawn-off shotgun. They also planned to use home-made incendiary mixtures according to recipes from the Internet.
According to the FSB officers, the detainees were the members of “various online communities promoting the ideology of mass killings and suicide.” They planned an attack out of revenge and were going to kill about 40 people.
The Investigative Committee of Russia reports that a criminal case has been opened under the article on the preparation for the murder of two or more persons, committed by a group by previous concert.
