OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) detained a native of Central Asia born in 1999, who was planning to carry out a terrorist attack in one of the state bodies of the Moscow Region.

During the search, officers found components of a homemade bomb, correspondence with militants, instructions for making explosives and a video of the oath to the leaders of terrorist groups. Later it became known that the flag of the terrorist organization Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant banned in Russia was found. In addition to the flag, several mobile phones and a revolver were confiscated from the suspect.

“In the future, the offender planned to go to the war zone in the Middle East to participate in the activities of terrorist groups,” the FSB Public Relations Center reported.

It is not known exactly where and when the man planned to organize the explosion.
