Iranian Troops Launches Ballistic Missiles during Exercise
OREANDA-NEWS. During the exercise, the Iranian military launched ballistic missiles from underground.
According to Tasnim news agency, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps embarked on the final stage of maneuvers in the Persian Gulf and western part of the Strait of Hormuz, named Great Prophet 14, with the participation of the naval and aerospace forces.
The Iranian military successfully launched ballistic missiles from underground launchers during the second day of the exercise.
During the exercise, the Iranian Armed Forces for the first time received data from Nour, Tehran’s first military satellite, which was launched into orbit in April of 2020.
Before that, it was reported that the Iranian military trained an attack on an American aircraft carrier, using a replica of a vessel.
