This information was also confirmed by Interfax.

According to a source of TASS, four militants were killed. The special operation has been completed, the agency’s interlocutor assured. He did not give details of the incident in the capital of Chechnya.

The authorities have not yet confirmed this information.

Later, the agency, citing the National Antiterrorism Committee, reported that a counter-terrorist operation regime had been introduced in the Oktyabrsky District of Grozny.
