In a regular report to the UN Sanctions Committee over breaches of the arms embargo, Russia was accused of strengthening its military presence in Libya. The document says that the Russian mercenaries from the Wagner Group have recently received intensive support from Syria. Experts counted 338 military cargo flights to Libya within nine months.
