OREANDA-NEWS. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with the co-chairs of the Ukrainian party Opposition Platform - For Life, Yuriy Boyko and Viktor Medvedchuk, said that there are two solutions to the problem of gas transit through Ukraine.

 “As for how to move, I think there are several options, one of them is the easiest - it is the preservation of the validity of those contracts that exist for a while.  The second option, which we have never denied, is a consortium option, ”said Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

 Earlier it became known about the decision of the Stockholm arbitration in the case of Naftogaz and Gazprom.  Igor Yushkov, a leading expert of the National Energy Security Fund, explained how Gazprom proposes Naftogaz to zero the court claims against the new contract.
