OREANDA-NEWS. According to the results of a survey conducted by the Center for Social and Marketing Research SOCIS, more than 70 % of Ukrainian citizens perceive Russia as a hostile country. Just 6 % of respondents expressed the opposite opinion.

40.8 % of Ukrainians called Poland a friendly country. The residents of the country, who took part in the research, also expressed their positive attitude towards the United States (38.3 %), Germany (36.9 %), Belarus (31.9 %), and France (27.7 %). The hostility of these countries was declared by less than 10 % of Ukrainians. Less than 20 % consider other states to be friendly.

The fact that each of these countries takes a neutral position with respect to Ukraine, was recognized by 40–60 % of respondents. At the same time, only 13.7 % of Ukrainians consider Russia to be neutral nation.
