OREANDA-NEWS The All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion conducted a survey among citizens of the country about their attitude to shares not agreed with the authorities.

The majority of respondents (69%) agree with the need for tough action in an unauthorized rally. Among Muscovites, 61% of people answered similarly. The “rather disagree” option was chosen by 23% of Russians surveyed, 8% found it difficult to answer.

About an uncoordinated rally in Moscow on July 27, 83% of Muscovites and 59% of residents of other regions are aware.

The survey was conducted on July 30 by telephone interview, with 1,600 people over 18 years old taking part in it.

On July 27, a rally uncoordinated with the authorities was held in the center of Moscow. Law enforcement authorities detained 1,074 people. The Moscow prosecutor’s office warned city dwellers and visitors about responsibility for participating in an uncoordinated rally on August 3. Law enforcement officers will stop any provocations and unrest, taking all necessary measures for this.
