Earlier it was reported that in Bishkek, on the central square, there were clashes between supporters of the former President of Kyrgyzstan, Aatambayev, together with the oppositionist Omurbek Babanov, and people who support ex-deputy Sadyr Japarov. On October 6, it was reported that the Coordination Council elected the latter as the head of the government.

On October 9, President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov, dismissed the government headed by Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov. This happened shortly after the head of state promised to resign as soon as the situation in the country returns to the legal field.
