OREANDA-NEWS. An advisory council will be created within the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) working on the conflict resolution in the Donbass.

This was announced by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak. He noted that the current government “inherited” the obligation fixed in the Minsk Agreements to coordinate with representatives of certain districts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions issues of constitutional reform in terms of decentralization and local elections.

The advisory council will include ten representatives from Ukraine, Donetsk and Lugznsk people’s republics (DNR and LPR) with a decisive vote. Representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, France, Germany and Russia will have an advisory vote.

The final decision to create a council is planned to be taken on March 25 at the next meeting of the TCG.
