OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with RBC-Ukraine told about his willingness to cause "serious trouble" for Russia.

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry accused Moscow of "lies, manipulation and cynicism." According to Kuleba, Kiev is working with its partners to create conditions that "will force Russia to stop its aggression."

“It is this kind of Russia that is provoking war and aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to negotiate in all possible formats to end the war. Even if for this we have to create serious problems for her, ”said Kuleba.

After the events in Ukraine in 2013-2014, Kiev considers Russia to be an aggressor country, accuses of the participation of units of the Russian army in hostilities in the Donbass, and also declares the occupation of Crimea. In Moscow, the accusations are denied. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russian soldiers do not fight on Ukrainian territory, and Crimea became part of Russia following a referendum in March 2014.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine would not break off diplomatic relations with Russia because of the elections held in Crimea and in the territories of Donbass not controlled by Kiev.
