Lavrov Criticized the Actions of the European Commission in Relation to the "Nord Stream - 2"

OREANDA-NEWS The European Commission is behaving dishonestly in the situation around the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline but the legal truth is on Moscow's side, Russia will defend it, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
He recalled that, despite the EC lawyers, the European Commission retroactively extended the effect of the third energy package to Nord Stream 2.
"We fully foresee such attempts to undermine the completion of construction. But I repeat again, we are not only behind the decision of two countries - Russia, Germany, supported by many members of the European Union, but we also have legal correctness, which we will defend", - emphasized the head of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
