According to NBC, Sanders, who has so far secured the support of 26.1% of voters, will not miss the lead. His closest competitor is the ex-mayor of the city of South Bend (Indiana) Pete Butagej, who is gaining 24.3% of the vote. Confidence in the victory of Sanders was also expressed by other American television companies.

The third place with the support of 19.9% ​​of voters is held by Minnesota Senator Amy Klobushar, and the fourth (9.4%) - by Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren. Former US Vice President Joe Biden, who for several months was considered the leader of the Democratic election race, is still in fifth place with 8.4%.

New Hampshire primaries are the first in the current US election cycle. They select delegates who at the upcoming national congresses of the Republican and Democratic Parties will support one or another candidate for the presidential candidate from the party. The US presidential election will be held on November 3.
