OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed instructions aimed at the early organization of work on the use of budget allocations for national projects in 2019.

"The Heads of the regions were given instructions that will help to work more effectively to achieve the goals and indicators set by national projects. The government should help with the organization of this work," Medvedev wrote on Twitter.

According to the instructions published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Heads of regions should ensure the early conclusion of contracts for the implementation of national projects and report on the results of this work to the Heads of project committees for the preparation of a report to the Presidium of the presidential Council for strategic development and national projects.

According to the instructions, the Ministry of Finance will provide support for this work in the unified information system "Electronic budget" and the unified information system in the field of public procurement.

In addition, first Deputy Prime Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, Deputy Prime Ministers Maxim Akimov, Tatyana Golikova, Olga Golodets, Alexey Gordeev, Vitaly Mutko "will consider the conclusion in 2019 of agreements on the provision of transfers from the Federal budget for the implementation of regional projects that ensure the achievement of the goals, indicators and results of Federal projects, immediately for the entire period of implementation of national projects."

On March 4, the deputies of the state Duma unanimously adopted a resolution on appeal to Medvedev in connection with the untimely receipt by the subjects of the Russian Federation of funds for the implementation of national projects and state programs. On Monday, the head of government demanded that the heads of regions to start work on national projects in a timely manner, so as not to delay their implementation.
