OREANDA-NEWS. More than half of the residents of Ukraine believe that events in the country are developing in the wrong direction. This follows from a survey conducted by the Olexander Razumkov Ukrainian Centre for Economic and Political Studies.

It is noted that 25 % of respondents consider that events in Ukraine are developing in the right direction. In September last year, 57 % thought so, in December 2019 44 %.

“53 % [believe] that events are developing in the wrong direction (in September 17 %, in December 36 %),” the statement of the Center says.

Earlier it became known that, according to the Razumkov Center, the 2014 coup in Kiev was considered a “revolution of dignity” by 45.5 % of citizens of Ukraine. 17.7 % said it was “a forced change of power conducted not entirely by legal means,” 23 % were sure that an anti-state coup had occurred.
