Nicolas Maduro Will Arrive in Russia
OREANDA-NEWS Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro said on Monday that he flies to Russia, where he expects to meet with President Vladimir Putin. He said this in a video message published on Twitter.
According to him, he goes to Russia "to strengthen and expand diplomatic relations and ties of friendship between fraternal countries."
"Tomorrow I will have a very serious and important meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin," Maduro added.

As the press Secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told Interfax on December 4, Moscow will host bilateral talks between the leaders.
Earlier on Tuesday, Maduro said he was going to Russia on a visit and intends to hold a very important meeting with the Russian leader. He noted that the trip to Moscow is designed to strengthen and expand the ties of friendship and diplomatic relations between the two countries.
In early October, commenting on the question of possible foreign interference in Venezuela's Affairs, Putin said that the topic of the future of Nicolas Maduro as President is an internal affair of Venezuela.
