OREANDA-NEWS Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro said on Monday that he flies to Russia, where he expects to meet with President Vladimir Putin. He said this in a video message published on Twitter.

According to him, he goes to Russia "to strengthen and expand diplomatic relations and ties of friendship between fraternal countries."

"Tomorrow I will have a very serious and important meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin," Maduro added.
