OREANDA-NEWS. Interfax-Ukraine agency reports that Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk filed a lawsuit with the Kiev District Administrative Court, which says about the ban on including the dismissal of the politician or any member of the government on the agenda of the extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

Earlier, the deputy of the national parliament from the presidential political party Servant of the People Oleksander Dubinsky said that Honcharuk wrote a letter of resignation after talks with the head of state Volodymyr Zelensky. According to him, the meeting took place on March 2. Dubinsky noted that on March 3 at the meeting of the faction of Servant of the People in the Rada, the resignation of the prime minister should be discussed.
