OREANDA-NEWS. Doctors from the Berlin clinic Charite admitted that they had not found any chemical warfare agents in the analyzes of Russian opposition politician Aleksey Navalny. This was announced on October 5 by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, during a meeting with representatives of the Association of European Businesses in Russia.

The Minister recalled that Russian doctors did not find traces of combat poison in the patient’s analyzes. “I draw your attention to the fact that in the Charite clinic they did not find any toxic substances in his analyzes, it was made in the Bundeswehr clinic,” Lavrov stressed. According to the head of Russian diplomacy, Moscow is not aware of whether specialists from France and Sweden actually took tests from the patient.

Navalny became ill when he flew from Tomsk to Moscow on August 20. The airplane urgently landed in Omsk, the patient was taken to the emergency hospital. Later he was transported to the clinic Charite in Berlin. Signs of intoxication were found. On September 23, Navalny was discharged from the hospital.
