The head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, during a meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council to Control the Incidence of Novel Coronavirus Infection, instructed the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) by April 29 to finalize the concept of lifting or easing restrictions in the context of the end of the pandemic. This is stated on the website of the cabinet.

On April 27, the Prime Minister told of the need to prepare proposals for the gradual abolition of previously imposed restrictions on the work of individual entrepreneurs and enterprises. “I instructed the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Economic Development, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Health to prepare such proposals by the end of the week,” Mishustin said.
