«The Russian principle in relations with Brussels is quite simple: we are interested in thawing these relations», the Kremlin representative said. Peskov recalled that Moscow «was not the initiator of the curtailment of work». In addition, the Kremlin hardly perceives such bipolar formulations, where at the same time it is about deterring Russia and building a dialogue, According to him, the country's leadership «does not have this bipolarity».
