OREANDA-NEWS. The Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) does not have a clear plan to resolve the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This opinion was expressed on October 6 by Turkish Foreign Minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, at a press conference in Baku.

The politician noted that he has repeatedly met with representatives of the co-chairs of the Minsk Group (USA, Russia and France), and asked if they have a plan. According to Cavusoglu, they do not have it. The whole world must understand that it cannot continue this way, the Turkish Minister concluded.

At the same time, Cavusoglu argued that Ankara has always supported efforts to resolve the problems connected to the unrecognized Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh peacefully.

The Foreign Minister of Turkey also reiterated his opinion that the world community should call on Armenia to withdraw its troops from the “occupied territories of Azerbaijan.”
