OREANDA-NEWS. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that he is dissatisfied with the format of the Minsk Agreements and the wording of some of the clauses.

The issue of the Normandy format is being solved technically in the Minsk process in the format of the Trilateral Contact Group. When the war began, there was a need, and the Minsk Agreements were signed, the President explained. I am completely dissatisfied with the composition of this format, Zelensky said in an interview with the American journalism company Politico.

However, the Ukrainian leader recalled that currently this is the only format in which the work is going on.

Commenting on one of the clauses of the Minsk Agreements – granting a special status or amending the Constitution of Ukraine, which was supported by presidents of France and Russia, Emmanuel Macron and Vladimir Putin – Zelensky noted that the details, that this paragraph provides, regulate changes to the Constitution in accordance with decentralization process.
